This is not a back‑office role. You’ll be a core part of search teams, trusted for your insight, judgement, and intellectual curiosity.

• Researching and mapping senior leadership talent across global markets
• Analysing organisations, sectors, and leadership trends
• Identifying and engaging high‑calibre candidates with sensitivity and professionalism
• Contributing insight that shapes search strategy and client advice
• Building deep knowledge of purpose-driven ecosystems and institutions

You might come from research, higher education, policy, professional services, or another analytical environment. What matters most is that you:

• Have a genuine interest in purpose-driven and mission-led organisations
• Are intellectually curious and enjoy deep research
• Communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and conversation
• Are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment
• Prior experience in the recruitment would be advantageous but not essential and experience can be reflected in role and package.
