You will be responsible for managing our knowledge and ensuring the quality and standards of research delivery, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, analyzing data, generating insights, and proposing proactive strategies to address emerging issues.

• Conduct in‑depth research on violent extremism, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights.
• Ensure the highest quality and standards in the research delivery to our clients, maintaining a high level of accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail.
• Develop research methodologies and frameworks, continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in the field of violent extremism, actively seeking opportunities for knowledge expansion.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the department.
• Review, edit, and synthesize multiple reports from other analysts into unified, client‑ready outputs.

• Research experience of 5+ years in academia, journalism, government, or private sector in the field of violent extremism – MUST.
• A proven experience in intelligence, online investigations, or related fields – MUST.
• Proven experience in writing detailed reports in English – MUST.
• OSINT experience – MUST.
• Experience collecting and analysing primary data on terror and other extremist groups – MUST.
• Native or near‑native Arabic proficiency, with proven ability to conduct professional, research‑level analysis and write in Arabic – significant advantage.
• Additional language skills – advantage.
• M.A. – MUST.
