Trainee Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and professional Trainee Estate Agent to join our London-based team. The role focuses on delivering modern off-plan property acquisition opportunities to a select client base. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, making it ideal for candidates looking to start a career in residential property sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with property viewings and client appointments Registering applicants and identifying their property requirements Supporting sales and lettings negotiations throughout the transaction process Assisting with property valuations and market appraisals Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Maintaining accurate property listings and internal CRM records Providing a consistently high level of customer service Candidate Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and organised approach Willingness to learn and develop within the role Effective time-management and attention to detail Comfortable working towards targets and performance objectives Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential (role dependent) Salary & Benefits £35,000 – £40,000 per annum Structured training and ongoing development Clear career progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Exposure to the London property market, including off-plan developments Application Process Please apply with your CV via Reed.
