Position: TRAINEE LUXURY REAL ESTATE AGENT
Trainee Luxury Real Estate Agent No Experience Required | Full Training Provided We are recruiting motivated individuals to join a high-performing real estate brokerage and train as luxury real estate agents. This is a self-employed, commission-based role with serious earning potential for the right person.

The Role You will be trained to:
Speak with homeowners about selling their property Secure new property listings Conduct property viewings and valuations Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers Manage sales from offer to completion Build long-term client relationships Represent the brokerage professionally This is a client-facing sales role. You will be actively generating business, not waiting for it. Training & Support Full real estate training provided Sales and negotiation training Objection handling and pricing strategy Ongoing mentorship and support No prior real estate experience required We train you from scratch and support you as you grow.

Earnings Commission-based with no cap First-year earning potential: £100,000 – £250,000 Earnings depend on performance, consistency, and activity This is not a salaried position. Income is results-driven. Licence Fees
