Company Description

Colliers is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers, and investors on a local, national and international basis. Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.

The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.

Job Description

We are continuing to build our Flexible & Managed Workspace capability within the London Offices division and are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Surveyor / Associate to join the team.

With over 350,000 sq ft of prime flexible and managed workspace instructions currently under active marketing, this is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a growing and highly visible specialism. The team advises some of the UK’s leading landlords while also working closely with flexible office operators to deliver best-in‑class leasing and advisory solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing flexible and managed workspace across Central London, acting on behalf of landlord‑owned and operated assets.
  • Advising on assets where Colliers provides a hybrid agency solution, representing both conventional fitted / CAT A+ space and flex / managed workspace.
  • Navigating the increasing overlap between fitted and flexible requirements, with a strong understanding of the commercial, operational, and leasing dynamics of both.
  • Identifying and engaging occupiers through multiple routes, including:
    • Traditional occupier advisory agents and the Colliers global network
    • Marketing platforms and direct enquiries
    • Flexible office brokers, platforms (e.g. Valve), and operator‑led channels
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with occupier advisors and brokers across both conventional and flexible markets to drive demand.
  • Owning and managing marketing collateral and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Developing innovative marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, and social media activity.
  • Supporting new business development with landlords and flexible office operators.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and evolving occupier requirements to inform strategy and advice.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leasing flexible or managed workspace, either in a disposal / agency role or in a sales role within a flexible office operator.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to advise and transact with clients at varying seniority levels.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite to help grow a developing business line.
  • Experience as an agency leasing surveyor in commercial office space.
  • Exposure to flexible and managed workspace, including understanding operators and broker networks.
