Senior Lettings Coordinator / Lettings Account Manager

An established independent residential agency in Barnes is hiring a Senior Lettings Coordinator / Lettings Account Manager to take ownership of the lettings function.

This role sits between lettings administration and traditional negotiation
.

It is heavily account-management and coordination focused
, not sales-driven.

If you come from a strong lettings admin background and are ready to step into a more client-facing, accountable role, this is could be ideal.

The role:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for existing landlords
  • Managing the end-to-end lettings process for 1–2 properties per week
  • Coordinating marketing, viewings, offers, referencing, and move-ins
  • Managing renewals and re-lets in a low-stock, high-demand market
  • Proactively keeping landlords informed and confident
  • Ensuring nothing drops — compliance, paperwork, timelines, detail
  • Handing over to the lettings administrator once a deal completes
