We are on the hunt for a high performing Sales Negotiator for our client’s dynamic independent estate agency in Streatham. The perfect candidate will have some Estate Agency experience, be engaging and energetic and live locally.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual to join a busy, market-leading independent estate agency in Streatham. The successful candidate will be experienced in residential property sales, target-driven, and able to spot and secure opportunities while building strong relationships with clients.

• Registering and managing applicants
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating sales and securing offers
• Generating new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Supporting the sales team in hitting and exceeding branch targets
• Providing first-class customer service at all stages of the sales process

• Previous residential estate agency experience essential
• Proven track record in property sales and negotiation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious, and highly self-motivated
• Knowledge of the South West London property market (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
