Our client is interested in a both junior and experienced candidates for their Lettings Negotiator position in Wimbledon. They are looking for a driven, goal orientated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator that is self motivated in achieving their own success!

• Actively seek out new listing opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential tenants
• Negotiate and close deals between tenants and landlords
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
• Prepare and present property listings to clients
• Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents
