Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)

Salary:
Competitive salary £18,000 - £20,000 basic salary, with additional earning potential through our commission scheme

Travel or Car Allowance:
Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. We are looking for an individual who wants to stand out from the crowd, thrive on success and relish working in a competitive, professional environment. Your Main Duties Will Include:

• Registering interest and arranging viewings:
  Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
• First-Class Customer Service:
  Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
• Going the Extra Mile:
  Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
• Master of the Offer Process:
  Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
