As a telesales estate agent, you’ll be the first contact for inbound property leads – qualifying, explaining solutions, and arranging valuations.

Office based role!

• Call warm leads who responded to our property ads
• Understand seller motivation and build rapport
• Clearly explain our property solutions
• Agree non-binding offers based on initial details
• Schedule free valuation visits
• Record and manage lead data
• Confirm appointments and next steps with sellers

• Enjoys speaking to people and building trust
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Organised and able to manage multiple leads
• Self-motivated and accountable

• Full training and onboarding in Shoreditch
• Ongoing coaching and mentorship
