ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER - PRIME LONDON ESTATEOverview
Would you like to work for a prime London estate? Are you organised, people-focused, and ready to grow your career in residential property? Would you like a role with exposure to both commercial and residential real estate?
The roleAn exciting opportunity for an Assistant Residential Property Manager to join a small team managing a high-quality portfolio in West London. You will help keep homes well maintained, compliant and running smoothly, while supporting both the residential and commercial property teams. Its a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills across the whole real estate space.
- Work with a long-established London estate with a long-term approach to its properties and residents.
- Learn the full residential property management process alongside an experienced team, with exposure to commercial assets.
- Benefit from modern systems, hands-on experience and support towards a recognised property qualification.
- Coordinate day-to-day repairs and maintenance, instructing contractors, arranging access and checking standards.
- Help keep properties safe and compliant by organising servicing, safety checks and documentation.
- Support the tenancy journey: preparing properties, managing documents, check-ins/check-outs and deposits.
- Respond to tenant queries and assist with rent and arrears queries, keeping clear records and inspections.
- Some experience in residential property or a related customer/operations role.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
- IT competent, proactive and keen to learn, with a positive “can do” attitude and strong team focus.
- Willing to work towards a recognised property qualification.
- Location:
West London office, with regular time on the local estate. - Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8.30 am–5.00 pm or 9.00 am–5.30 pm. - Competitive salary and benefits, plus training and clear progression opportunities.
