Director​/MD – Real Estate Debt Advisory

A leading boutique real estate capital advisory firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Debt Advisor (Director to Managing Director level) to join their growing team. This is a pure growth hire, driven by increasing deal flow and an expanding global client base.

Operating at the forefront of real estate capital markets, the firm specialises in raising both debt (and some equity) across cross-border transactions, with a core focus on real estate and selective infrastructure mandates. With a reputation for executing complex financings across luxury hospitality, residential, logistics, office, and alternative asset classes, the team has built an enviable track record and an extensive international network.

• Originate, structure and execute real estate debt transactions across European and global markets
• Leverage your own network of lenders, sponsors and investors to drive new business opportunities
• Provide best-in-class strategic advice to clients on capital structure and financing solutions
• Collaborate with a high-performing, entrepreneurial team on cross-border, multi-asset mandates
• Maintain deep engagement with market participants including banks, debt funds, insurers and other institutional lenders

• A proven track record of raising real estate debt, either from another advisory platform or debt fund
• Strong origination capabilities and relationships with capital providers across Europe and/or the US
• Deep understanding of European real estate capital markets and a commercial approach to deal-making
