Senior Sales Negotiator – Dulwich
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Dulwich
. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven negotiator looking to take the next step in their career within a vibrant and competitive South London market.
As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of your pipeline, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and play an active role in driving market share in the local area. You will be expected to lead by example, maintain high professional standards, and support the wider team in achieving branch objectives. - Complete on-target earnings exceeding £35,000 per year

- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers

- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate)
We will also need:
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Driver’s Licence Check
