• Managing the full lettings process from instruction to completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting high-quality property viewings in line with luxury brand standards
• Negotiating and securing successful lettings at premium values
• Generating new business and contributing to portfolio growth
• Delivering a first-class, tailored service at all times

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential)
• Proven track record of strong sales performance and consistent results
• Exceptionally well presented, professional, and confident
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Passion for working within the luxury, high-end residential market
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute

Basic salary: £30,000

Strong, uncapped commission structure
