Location: Greater London

We’re working with a well-established residential property operator to appoint an Assistant Development Manager for a large, high-profile urban estate. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a complex, customer-focused environment.

Role Overview
  • Location: North London
  • Package: DOE
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9am until 05:30pm – based on site
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the Estate Director with the effective management of a large residential development
  • Overseeing the daily operation of the estate alongside a Duty Manager
  • Helping to manage and coordinate an on‑site team of around 10 staff across concierge, maintenance and decorating functions
  • Assisting with asset, contract and risk management activities across the development
  • Supporting mobilisation activity when new contracts or services are introduced
  • Liaising with contractors, internal teams and stakeholders to maintain high service standards
  • Monitoring compliance, health & safety and risk assessments using internal systems
  • Supporting financial management by remaining mindful of budgets and expenditure
  • Acting as a visible and professional point of contact for residents and stakeholders
Main Skills Needed
  • Experience in residential estate or block management
  • Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and risk management
  • Confident supporting and coordinating on‑site teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, detail‑focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Customer‑focused approach with a professional manner
