Are you seeking a new opportunity in Property Management? We’re partnered with a rapidly growing property management company in Farringdon, London who’s looking for a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 120 residential properties across central London. We’re looking for a property manager with at least 2 years’ experience, good longevity with previous employers and someone who wants career progression in a collaborative, high performing environment.

You will be supported with clear training and qualification support (ARLA).

• Manage a local portfolio of 120 residential properties
• Conduct property inspections
• Carry out gas safety checks
• Provide excellent customer service

• £33,000 salary
• £2,000 annual discretionary bonus
• 9-5:30 Monday-Friday
• No weekend work
• ARLA Qualification sponsorship
• Great opportunities for internal progression

• Any renewal negotiated over 5%, you will receive £50
• Any renewal negotiated under 5%, you will receive £25
• If you negotiate 8 or more renewals over 5%, you will receive a £100 bonus

• Over 2 years’ experience in property management
• Great organisational skills
• Customer service focused
• Excellent time management and people skills
