Hours: 9:00-5:30 office hours (longer hours required when necessary)

Job Summary

We are a small but fast‑paced property company managing a large and diverse portfolio across London. We're looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Assistant / Airbnb Manager / Letting Manager.

This is not just a typical letting agent role — the right candidate will be involved in managing Airbnb‑style short lets, traditional lettings, office support, and property management.

You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business, from tenant communications and property marketing to hands‑on management of short‑let and long‑let properties. This is a varied and dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.

Key Responsibilities Lettings & Airbnb Management
  • Managing online listings and updating property adverts (Airbnb, portals, website)
  • Handling and qualifying enquiries
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Sourcing suitable tenants or short‑let guests
  • Negotiating offers and tenancy terms
  • Managing calendars and bookings for short‑term rentals
Property & Office Management
  • Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Resolving tenant issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining property records and CRM systems
Required Skills & Attributes
  • Well‑presented, confident, and professional
  • Experience in sales or lettings is essential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem‑solve
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
  • A team player who is also confident working independently
  • Passion for customer service and a desire to exceed expectations
  • Proactive, with the confidence to use initiative and take ownership
