Perfectly suited for an existing Assistant Lettings Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career. This is a full-time role located in the Bexley borough for an Assistant Lettings Manager, responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing landlords and tenants, negotiating offers, assisting in the generation of new business as well as supporting the Area Lettings Manager.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in lettings
- Knowledge of property marketing techniques and CRM systems
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple properties and tasks
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the London or Kent property market is a plus
