A leading international law firm is looking to hire a corporate real estate associate to join its established and growing London practice.

The role sits within a specialist corporate real estate and funds team, advising on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions including corporate real estate M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, club deals and private fund formations. The client base includes leading global private equity real estate sponsors.

You will work closely with partners and senior associates in a lean team environment, with early responsibility, strong exposure to complex transactions, and genuine investment in training and development.

The ideal profile:

• England & Wales qualified
• Typically 1+ PQE
• Experience in corporate real estate M&A and/or joint ventures
• Exposure to funds or indirect real estate structures helpful but not essential
• Commercial, proactive and collaborative
