We are a well-established and growing residential letting agency based in North London, specialising in high-quality rental properties and providing a professional, client-focused service to landlords and tenants. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move‑in, ensuring a high standard of service throughout.

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and follow‑ups
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Agreeing lets and progressing tenancies to completion
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Maintaining accurate records on the agency CRM system
• Generating new business and assisting with property instructions where required

• Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service ethos
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
