Base Salary: £40,000 - £80,000

On-Target Earnings: £150,000+

• A demonstrable track record of billing £500,000+ per annum in residential sales or lettings
• Established relationships and a trusted reputation within Prime or Super-Prime markets
• A consultative approach and ability to build deep, lasting client connections
• Drive, resilience, and commercial acumen to deliver consistently high results

• Competitive basic salary (£40,000-£80,000) depending on experience
• OTE of £150,000+ with strong commission structure
