At Home Made, we’re rethinking the way renting works. Our team helps people navigate everything from classic London housing to new Build‑to‑Rent apartment buildings, all while providing a personalised, human touch.
Salary: OTE £50,000+
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am‑7 pm, with a bi‑weekly Saturday. No driving licence required.
Location: Our office in Southwark/Waterloo. The role involves daily travel across London using public transport.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
- Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
- Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
- Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.
- Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
- Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with effective workload management.

- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
