Location: Greater London

A Japanese real estate company is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in central London. You will be responsible for property acquisition, tenant relations, tenancy administration, and a wide range of operational support across the business. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be highly organised, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Japanese working experience and some Japanese language ability are required.

Contract Type:
Permanent, full-time
Salary: £30k per annum depending on experience

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (office‑based; flexibility required for occasional weekend/after‑hours work)

Sales Executive Main Responsibilities
  • Acquire new landlords and property listings
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Register client information in internal systems
  • Arrange property viewings for prospective tenants
  • Negotiate with landlords, conduct reference checks, prepare tenancy agreements, and coordinate move‑in procedures
  • Provide ongoing support to tenants during their tenancy
  • Manage new property onboarding, including marketing preparation (photos, videos) and reporting to landlords
  • Maintain property listings on online portals
  • Handle office visitors and liaise with delivery companies
  • Support office lease administration
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors
Sales Executive

Skills & Qualifications
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Business‑level English
  • Japanese working experience and/or conversational+ level Japanese required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
