We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Superviso
r who will play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. You’ll be the guardian of compliance, driving defect reduction and supporting continuous improvement across all sites

• Three offices and five advanced manufacturing facilities—including Europe’s largest off-site construction facility

• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits across construction sites nationwide
• Perform physical inspections to verify adherence to design and quality standards
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues
• Deliver training packages to operations teams and supply cha
• Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor pre-handover inspections to ensure defect reduction targets are met
• Contribute to the development of internal SOPs and QA processes
