Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Central London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Work Style: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)

What You'll Be Getting Up To- Keep supplier records sharp and up to date, ensuring audit packs meet internal standards for food and feed products.
- Approve new suppliers with confidence and conduct risk assessments that keep our supply chain robust.
- Manage internal systems for document control and data management across multiple platforms.
- Oversee approvals for animal feed and organic products with precision and compliance in mind.
- Take part in HACCP meetings and sign off on toll manufacturing orders.
- Respond to technical queries from customers and suppliers around ingredients, quality, and food safety.
- Support continuous improvement projects shaping the future of the Quality Management System.
- Assist with a variety of Quality team tasks - from organising third‑party lab tests, to updating product documents, to running internal audits and traceability checks.
- 3+ years' experience in a Quality, Technical, or R&D role within Food, Ingredients, or Supplements.
- Chinese language skills? Big plus.
- Strong understanding of food industry quality standards: HACCP, BRC Food, and Agents & Brokers.
- Bonus points for familiarity with FAMI-QS, Organic/BIO, Kosher, Halal, and IFS Logistics.
- Practical auditing experience and the ability to resolve non‑conformances or complaints.
- Excellent command of technical and business English.
- Confident IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office-Excel pros, step forward.
- Experience with retailer specification systems like QADEX or Hamilton Grant is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of food legislation and labelling requirements.
