• Prepare and submit reports
• Recommend measures to improve productivity, product quality, and safety
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
• Provide or arrange training for staff
• Oversee safety of operations and teach safe work procedures
• Set up machines and equipment; requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers
• Conduct internal audits; inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications
• Complete detailed inspection documentation and material safety reporting

• Electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers

• AutoCAD

• Data interpretation and evaluation
