Job Summary

As a Product Acceptance and Quality Lead in our team, you will champion a quality mindset and drive product acceptance activities across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your role will involve managing production pilots, developing quality dashboards, and supporting governance processes. You’ll work closely with a global team, making a meaningful impact on our products and culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive a quality mindset and communicate the benefits of software quality to product teams and engineers
  • Plan, define, execute, and report on Product Acceptance testing activities with key stakeholders
  • Manage, maintain, and execute employee production Alpha and Beta Pilots
  • Lead quality improvement actions with Product engineering teams
  • Define, develop, and maintain quality and test engineering dashboards
  • Support and maintain governance and quality gates in production
  • Collaborate daily with a global team
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience with Agile techniques
  • Ability to work independently and proactively across teams
  • Hands-on product test management experience
  • Product acceptance and business testing experience
  • Experience collaborating with global teams
  • Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA
  • Open-minded self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience developing and maintaining quality dashboards
  • Experience supporting governance and quality gates in production
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for new technology and continuous learning
  • Experience with Alpha and Beta pilot management
  • Ability to drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Experience working in diverse, inclusive teams
