QA​/QC Engineer; Construction​/A1 Maincon

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the
  Project Quality Plan
  in alignment with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, and quality control workflows for all construction activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with
  CONQUAS
  standards, conduct assessments, and track scoring requirements.
• Carry out inspections and testing for structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and verify material approvals, method statements, and work procedures submitted by subcontractors.
• Identify non-conformances, prepare NCR reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality records, test reports, inspection forms, and project submissions.
• Support internal and external audits, ensure readiness for QA/QC evaluations, and prepare relevant reports.
• Promote quality awareness and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site team.

• Bachelor’s degree
  in
  Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience
  in the construction industry, preferably in building or industrial projects.
• Hands‑on experience in
  CONQUAS assessments
  , scoring, and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Familiar with quality documentation, ITPs, NCR handling, and audit preparations.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
