We want to connect with QA professionals who demonstrate expertise in a broad range of core skills and experience, including but not limited to:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Alternatively, relevant industry experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or manufacturing.
• Experience working in GMP/GLP‑compliant environments, with a strong understanding of regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques and equipment used in pharmaceutical testing.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and site‑specific systems.
• A team‑oriented mindset, with flexibility and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to apply GMP knowledge in decision‑making and process improvement.

As a QA professional at GSK, you could get involved with:

• Reviewing and approving quality control data to support the timely release of pharmaceutical products.
• Authoring and managing GMP documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Supporting inspections and audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in quality events such as deviations, investigations, and change controls.
• Providing coaching and guidance to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conducting document control activities, including printing, reconciliation, and archiving.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.

• Maintaining and calibrating analytical equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Investigating out‑of‑specification (OOS) results and contributing to root‑cause analysis.
