We want to connect with QA professionals who demonstrate expertise in a broad range of core skills and experience, including but not limited to:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Alternatively, relevant industry experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or manufacturing.
- Experience working in GMP/GLP‑compliant environments, with a strong understanding of regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and equipment used in pharmaceutical testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and site‑specific systems.
- A team‑oriented mindset, with flexibility and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to apply GMP knowledge in decision‑making and process improvement.
As a QA professional at GSK, you could get involved with:
- Reviewing and approving quality control data to support the timely release of pharmaceutical products.
- Authoring and managing GMP documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
- Supporting inspections and audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participating in quality events such as deviations, investigations, and change controls.
- Providing coaching and guidance to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Conducting document control activities, including printing, reconciliation, and archiving.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.

- Maintaining and calibrating analytical equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Investigating out‑of‑specification (OOS) results and contributing to root‑cause analysis.

- Assessing temperature excursions and managing customer complaints in line with quality procedures.
