A leading international food company based in the UK is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with food safety legislation and manage allergen risks. The successful candidate will have at least three years' experience in a quality or technical role within a manufacturing environment, alongside a degree in Food Science. Responsibilities include reviewing packaging for compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining product specifications.
