• Lead product safety and regulatory compliance by developing, implementing, and maintaining programmes.
• Establish and manage compliance systems to ensure new and existing products meet all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee product testing and approvals, defining test requirements, reviewing results, and maintaining accurate safety and compliance documentation.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and communicate impacts to cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Embed safety, compliance, and sustainability into product development by collaborating with engineering, quality, and other internal teams.

• Proven experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and/or sustainability roles.
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards, including Machinery Directives, Low Voltage Directives, and related frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
