* What you will do:

**- Lead and manage a team of salary and hourly employees  - Implement Measurement Systems Analysis and Statistical Process Control to reduce quality rejects and improve processing times.  - Ensure compliance with quality management, food safety, and ISO standards, including HACCP programs.  - Develop and manage SSHE objectives, supporting sustainability initiatives like recycling and energy optimization.  - Collaborate with Business Groups to address quality control issues and approve new product specifications.  

- Support Customer Experience by delivering timely results and enhancing facility knowledge of products.  - Work with Process Development to scale up new products and improve operational efficiencies.
** What you will bring:**- Lead and manage a team of 3 salaried and 8 hourly employees to drive quality improvements.  - Implement Measurement Systems Analysis and Statistical Process Control to reduce quality rejects and improve processing times.  - Ensure compliance with quality management, food safety, and ISO standards, including HACCP programs.  - Develop and manage SSHE objectives, supporting sustainability initiatives like recycling and energy optimization.  

- Collaborate with Business Groups to address quality control issues and approve new product specifications.  

- Support Customer Experience by delivering timely results and enhancing facility knowledge of products.  - Work with Process Development to scale up new products and improve operational efficiencies.
