What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Senior Horticulturist

Delivering exceptional garden maintenance across high-end private gardens, courtyards, and roof terraces
Leading day-to-day site activity and overseeing the quality of horticultural work on each garden
Supervising and supporting junior horticulturists to ensure consistent standards
Diagnosing plant health issues and applying appropriate treatments and care plans
Operating tools and machinery safely while maintaining an immaculate finish
Acting as a knowledgeable, professional point of contact for clients on site
What you’ll bring to the table as a Senior Horticulturist

Previous experience maintaining premium private gardens or equivalent environments
Strong horticultural knowledge with confident seasonal plant awareness
Experience supervising or guiding others on site
Full UK driving licence with confidence driving in London
Proven ability to maintain high standards across varied garden spaces

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 4:15pm (45-minute break)
