The role focuses on delivering consistent, patient-led care through a mix of consultations and routine surgical work. In This Position, Your Responsibilities Will Include- Providing thorough consultations with clear treatment planning and follow-up care
- Performing routine surgical procedures within personal clinical competence
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for continuity of care
- Supporting effective diary flow and daily clinical organisation
- Encouraging a respectful and cooperative team environment
- RCVS registration or eligibility to register in the UK
- Previous experience within small animal general practice
- Confidence working in a sole-charge environment when required
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
- A proactive and organised clinical approach
- Four-day working week supporting work-life balance
- Shared weekend rota structured in advance for consistency
- No on-call responsibilities included within the role
