• Draft comprehensive reports on inspections and treatments.
• Actively seek new opportunities to expand your portfolio and upsell additional services, earning an uncapped commission on sales.
• Attend relevant training programmes to develop and enhance your knowledge and skills in the pest control industry.
• Complete all necessary training to ensure success and professional growth within the company.

Archers Pest Control offers a comprehensive, hands‑on curriculum at the Archers Pest Control Academy, covering pest identification, inspection techniques, treatment methods, safety and compliance, and customer service skills.

• Competitive salary: £27,040 – £38,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission and bonus scheme.

• Full‑time schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday (working week). Weekend availability at 1.5x daily rate.

• Employment:
  Full‑time, Monday to Friday schedule, 9am‑5pm or 8am‑4pm.
