Permanent | Full-time | 39 hours per week | 1:4 weekends
The Vet Office is supporting the recruitment of an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong background in advanced soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics for a well-established small animal practice in Waltham Forest.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically confident vet looking to work in a supportive, well-structured environment with access to high clinical standards and ongoing professional development.
The RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role within the veterinary team, delivering high-quality clinical care and excellent client service. Responsibilities will include:
Performing advanced soft tissue surgical procedures and orthopaedic cases
Managing a varied small animal caseload
Delivering preventative healthcare and treating medical and surgical cases
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical and non-clinical team
Participating in a 1:4 weekend rota
Veterinary degree recognised in the UK and RCVS registration
Proven experience in advanced soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics
Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to high standards of patient care and wellbeing
Salary from £60,000
, dependent on experience25 days annual leave + bank holidays
