About the role

Everyone Active is looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to support health and safety operations, drive customer service excellence, and manage the lifeguard team as a Team Leader.

• Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team while fully embracing our company values.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are upheld within the centre.
• Take on the Duty Manager’s role when needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance.

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ training will be provided).
• First Aid at Work qualifications and Pool Plant Operator qualifications (training will also be provided).
• Availability for day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
• Completion of a DBS check prior to starting.
