Veterinary Receptionist – Vets for Pets

Join our team in New Malden and provide exceptional client service while supporting the clinical team. This part‑time role works 20 hours a week on a 4‑week rolling rota, including Sunday shifts.

• Provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible for their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team.
• Ensure clients leave satisfied and looking forward to their next visit.
• Greet each client, offer support, guidance and expertise, manage payments and future bookings.
• Co‑ordinate the smooth running of day‑to‑day routines using our practice management booking system.

• Friendly, welcoming face for clients and their pets.
• Knowledge of practice services and staying up‑to‑date with additional services.
• Calm, attentive, focused on client needs.
• Enthusiastic, driven, with a passion for service and love of pets.
• Ability to handle all situations, from comforting distressed clients to sharing joy with new puppy owners.
• Personality that, along with colleagues, creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
