We are recruiting a Veterinary Care Assistant to join our fantastic team at The Hackney Veterinary Surgery. This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week, 5 days, ½ Saturday mornings and a share of bank holidays).

• Support the veterinary and nursing teams by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
• Assist with animal handling and reception duties.
• Provide support to Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Surgeons as needed.
• Engage in a variety of tasks so each day is different.

• Previous experience working as a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) is desired.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
