About the Role
Are you a passionate veterinary surgeon looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pets and their owners? An exciting role awaits in North West London, where an independently‑owned and managed veterinary practice is seeking a dedicated professional to join their compassionate team.
Work EnvironmentThis role offers the chance to work in a well‑equipped environment, featuring two small animal clinics in North West London. The practice is outfitted with state‑of‑the‑art digital X‑ray, ultrasound, dental X‑ray, and an in‑house laboratory, ensuring that you have all the tools necessary to provide top‑notch care.
Responsibilities• Conduct 15‑minute consultations from 9‑11 am and 4‑7 pm, and perform routine surgical procedures such as neutering and dentals from 11:30 am‑2 pm.
• Participate in the Saturday rota.
• Support the practice’s goal of performing most procedures in‑house, with referral to an ortopaedic specialist for more complex cases.
You will be joining a skilled team that includes an experienced RVN, a 2024 graduate RVN, a dedicated veterinary receptionist, and an ANA. As a training centre, the practice is committed to fostering professional growth and development.
Flexible Working & CPDFlexible working arrangements are available, with both full‑time and part‑time positions open for discussion. A CPD allowance will be tailored to your needs.
Qualifications• Minimum 6‑12 months of veterinary surgeon experience.
• Must be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and eligible to register with the RCVS.
