Registered Veterinary Nurse; RVN Digital Triage East

At Hello Vet we are rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our digital service at Hello Vet- part time 25 hours a week across five days. Please note this is a in-person role and not remote working.

At the heart of our clinics, our Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients and supporting every aspect of veterinary practice.

Our RVNs are empowered to use their full range of knowledge, skills, and training. Their expertise ensures our clinics run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a high standard of care and a positive experience for both clients and their pets. We’re proud to support our RVNs in practicing to the full extent of their professional capabilities.

Your Role:
Provide remote triage and clinical advice to pet owners. Support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet. Assist with appointments, referrals, and product requests. Work closely with clinical and client care teams to ensure an exceptional experience. Help improve our digital workflows and protocols.
