New Career in Emergency Nursing? We are excited to announce an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our outstanding Emergency Department in the heart of East London. You will be part of one of the highest performing Emergency Departments in the UK, consistently achieving good clinical engagement, patient flow and an Outstanding rating from the CQC.
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses who have completed their preceptorship. Experience in A&E is desirable but not essential. Our nurses should be enthusiastic, confident and self‑motivated with excellent communication skills and a love of challenge.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of practice development nurses, senior nurses and a strong education ethos. We offer a key career pathway and emergency nursing specialty training, with fast‑tracking onto an A&E course depending on experience.

Main Duties of the Job- The post holder will practice within a team of nursing staff, and have responsibility for a group of patients, assessing, prioritising, planning, implementing and evaluating their care needs.
- Deliver a high standard of individualised nursing care based on current research and evidence, without direct supervision, and at times co‑ordinate an area while teaching and supervising junior qualified and unqualified staff.
- Join a forward‑thinking multi‑disciplinary team dedicated to delivering high standards of care in a diverse community. Applicants must enjoy a fast‑paced acute environment and have a keen interest in holistic excellence.

- Ability to effectively function as part of a multi‑disciplinary team in an A&E setting.
- Ability to initially assess patients; develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care.
- Effective communication, both orally and in writing, in accordance with the NMC Code.
