Senior Staff Nurse; Aged Care​/North-East Region

Job Summary

• Location: North - East Region

• Delivering both preventive and curative nursing care to residents under medical supervision.
• Observing resident conditions, responding to medical emergencies, and ensuring accurate medication administration.
• Ensuring all healthcare services strictly follow the Destitute Persons Act, Welfare Homes Rules, and standard clinical SOPs.
• Maintaining precise medical records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff.
• Leading infection control efforts and participating in audits or quality improvement projects

• Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Nursing
  .
• Full or Conditional registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
  .
• 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferable in aged care or social services
  .
• Experience in aged care or social services is preferred.
• Monday to Friday (44 hours/week). Shifts are either 8am-5pm or 8am-6pm
• Open to work on Public Holidays
