The Mission Step out of the traditional clinical setting and into the pinnacle of ultra-high-net-worth private healthcare. We are seeking an elite, highly adaptable clinician to provide dedicated, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. In this extraordinary role, you will safeguard our principal’s health and longevity while navigating an exclusive Mediterranean cruising itinerary—spending the season anchored in breathtaking destinations such as Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.
The Team Exceptional care is delivered by exceptional teams. You will integrate into a sophisticated, multidisciplinary medical unit. Operating under the clinical direction of a Lead British Doctor, you will work in close collaboration with expert Physiotherapists and a distinguished, Western-trained nursing team to ensure world‑class healthcare delivery at sea.
The Safety We believe that patient safety is inextricably linked to clinician well‑being. To mitigate fatigue and maintain acute response readiness, our medical operations are built entirely around a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are fully supported, allowing you to provide uncompromising care in a high‑stakes luxury environment.
The Process Confidentiality and efficiency are at the core of our recruitment process. Understanding the demanding schedules of critical care professionals, our initial interview phase is conducted securely and conveniently via an online platform.
