Locum Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

• East London

• General hospital as an RMN providing Mental Health 1:1 specialist support.

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Mental Health Nurse who can demonstrate your skills and knowledge in a clinical environment; and you must be a team‑player, as the ward(s) can prove to be very stressful if you are not helping your colleagues efficiently and effectively. Your written and spoken English must be of a very good standard to ensure communication is not a problem.

Working days:
Monday‑Sunday

Shift patterns: 07:30‑20:00 & 19:30‑08:00

Length of placement:
Full‑time / part‑time ad‑hoc shifts available

• Days (Mon‑Fri): £23
• Nights (Mon‑Fri): £26
• Saturday: £27
• Sunday / Bank Holidays: £30

The above rates are based on an Umbrella Company payment method.

• Minimum of 6 months’ post‑qualification experience (either in NHS or Private UK Hospitals)
• Valid NMC Registration as a Mental Health Nurse
• PMVA / MAPA Training Certificate
• BLS or ILS / Manual Handling Training(s)
• Online Mandatory Training(s) Evidence
• RTW Documents (Passport / Biometric Residence Permit / VISA)
• 2 × Proof of Address (Drivers Licence / Utility Bill / HMRC Letter)
• Up‑to‑Date CV (Microsoft Word Format)
• Full‑time agency availability / Flexibility in the approach to shift patterns
• Immunisations Evidence (Immunisations Report)
• Nursing Diploma Certificate
• Valid DBS Certificate / DBS Update Service Info
