The Mission

Leave the constraints of the NHS and private hospital trusts behind for the ultimate career pivot. We are actively recruiting an elite Registered Nurse to provide uncompromising, 1:1 medical care for a prominent 80-year-old VIP. This is an unparalleled opportunity to practice dedicated, concierge-level medicine while navigating an exclusive Mediterranean cruising itinerary, dropping anchor in iconic destinations such as the Amalfi Coast, Portofino, and the Balearic Islands.

The

Team

Exceptional care is built on exceptional teamwork. You will integrate seamlessly into a bespoke, multidisciplinary medical unit. The onboard clinical strategy is directed by a Lead British Doctor, and you will collaborate closely with expert Physiotherapists and a hand-selected, Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety

We set the gold standard for maritime medical safety. A strict double-nurse shift system is permanently enforced onboard. This structural safeguard guarantees that you never manage acute situations in isolation, providing continuous clinical peer support and protecting you from the fatigue of solo shifts.

The Process

We respect the demanding nature of your current London-based clinical role. To ensure maximum discretion and flexibility, the initial screening and interview phase will be conducted entirely via a secure online platform. You can advance through the early stages of our rigorous selection process from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements
  • Education: A Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity Acute Care experience (Strictly limited to ICU, ER, or A&E).
  • Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Crucial for clinical safety and sophisticated patient interaction).
  • Attributes: Unwavering discretion, clinical confidence, and the ability to thrive in a luxury, high-net-worth environment.
  • Leave: 30 days of paid rotational leave.
  • Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters provided aboard the yacht.
  • Expenses: All travel, uniform, and ongoing living expenses are fully subsidized.
