As a Support Worker at Hillgate Recruitment Services you will play a vital role in maintaining a good relationship with the client and creating a safe environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our facilities meet and exceed expectations. You will be an integral part of designing and developing support/care plans.

• Assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance
• Assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews, and contribute to monitoring their progress
• Report any issues to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
