Senior Paediatric Community Nurse
up to £55,000
Due to expansion there is a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Paediatric nurse to join this community team.
You will need to be a car driver and have access to your own vehicle. We are looking for a nurse who has extensive paediatric palliative care nursing experience, is flexible and demonstrates excellent communication skills and a strong professional approach. You will need to be a good team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously and manage your own caseload.
The role can be very varied, and will involve teaching, problem solving and care delivery.
