Senior Nurse (Registered Nurse) - £50,000 – Full-Time

The home provides residential, nursing, dementia, mental health, and palliative care for adults, with a Good CQC rating and established clinical systems. This role combines hands‑on nursing with unit‑level leadership, supporting daily standards, governance, and continuity of care in a stable, well‑run service.

• This role requires at least three years’ experience in a senior or unit lead nursing role within a care home.
• Applicants must be a registered nurse with confidence overseeing clinical standards and staff practice.
• This position is not suitable for newly qualified nurses.
• Salary: £50,000 per year
• Clinical split: 24 hours clinical, up to 12 hours management per matplotlib.
