Staff Nurse – Orthopaedics
Location: The Princess Grace Hospital, London
Employment type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Monday – Sunday (flexibility to work long days, nights & weekends)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive (DOE) plus 9% shift allowance
We’re looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Inpatients Orthopaedics Team at the Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Staff Nurse within the 19-bed Orthopaedics department, you will:
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of nursing care to patients within a safe, caring, and comfortable environment.
- Work within the team, supervising and directing junior staff.
- Provide support and training on the most up-to-date pioneering equipment and treatments.
- NMC registered Nurse
- Exposure to pre‑op and post‑op orthopaedic major joint replacement surgeries
- Experience in mobilising patients
